Well that's the award review form sent back to them. The DWP lot.
It has affected me pretty badly since I received it about 2 and a half weeks ago.
Have I improved in 4 years? No. Negatively progressed? That's a yes in line with #MS, a progressive disease. Funny that.
On a positive note, huge kudos to CAB Blyth for the assistance in filling in the form with me for me. Thank you Heather.
I can now pretty much expect a phonecall asking about said form, to check I didn't bullshit. I wish. That call will be then. A respite for me.
