My idea is to give a short overview of the new web3.js v4 (since it jumped from v1 to v4), what it does, and its features.
and then the main talk will be around the new feature of web3.js plugins (where any developer/project can create a plugin) and showcase a chainlink/web3js demo plugin that's already live (so this can inspire projects to simplify their developer experience by creating these plugins accessible to everyone)
