U Human Resource Leaders Forum 2015
U Human Resource Leadership Series was created to not only strengthen bipartite relationships at the workplace, it also assists and equips HR managers with the skills to be globally competitive HR leaders in their careers, and to be effective ‘people enablers’ so they can look after our working people well.
U Human Resource Leaders Forum 2015 featured keynotes from Mr Francis Tan, Director of Human Resources, Sheraton Towers Singapore Hotel, Ms Aileen Tan, Group Chief Human Resources Officer, SingTel and Mr Wee Leong How, Former Group Managing Director, Corporate Services, NTUC FairPrice & former Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Singapore Press Holdings. They shared on how HR managers can meet challenges such as productivity crunch faced by companies, facilitating innovation at workplace, as well as the importance of creating a future-ready and inclusion HR culture within the company. Attendees included HR representatives, Unions Executive Committee, Industrial Relations Officers and partners.
We ended the forum with a closed-door dialogue session on “Building Successful Human Resource Management of Future” with NTUC Secretary General Chan Chun Sing, Mr. Ong Yen Her, Senior Director of MOM, Mr. Erman Tan, President of SHRI and Ms. Aileen Tan, Group Chief Human Resources Officer of SingTel.
