🧠 Scientific research studies have consistently shown that working antagonistic muscle groups together (i.e. biceps and triceps, chest and back, quads and hamstrings, etc.) results in the ability to generate more total workout volume, better time efficiency, and greater muscle activation (all of which ultimately lead to more muscular hypertrophy / growth and strength gains) when compared to "traditional" weightlifting where you work muscle groups one at a time / separately!
That is usually achieved via "supersetting" antagonistic muscle groups, such as alternating between doing a set of bicep curls and a set of tricep extensions... but here I've taken that to the NEXT LEVEL by integrating isolation moves for BOTH into a SINGLE exercise!! 🔥
And if you combine this technique with blood flow restriction / occlusion bands, you will achieve the most massive arm pump of your life!!! (Greater swelling / pump has been proven to stimulate greater muscle growth).
And the new Dr. Gains Premium Metal & Nylon BFR Arm Bands are now officially available on Amazon Prime!! Get your own pair here 👉 https://amzn.to/3ESP5Cn
And if you're not yet familiar with BFR training (which has to be the single greatest breakthrough in exercise science over at least the last 100 years), you can find more information here! 👉http://www.dr-gains.com/bfr-instructions (and I'll also be publishing an in-depth BFR analysis on my YouTube channel within the next few weeks that will answer all your questions on the topic - i.e. Is it really safe? How tight should they be? How heavy should you lift while wearing them? How thick should the bands be? etc. If you're at all interested in learning more about BFR, be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel ( / drgains ) and turn on post notifications to be sure you don't miss it!
