Hello friends, I'm Jean Pierre, and in this tutorial, I'll show you how to import a Google Earth image into AutoCAD.
These images allow us to have a macro view of the location where our project will be situated, and by importing it into AutoCAD, we can draw the information we need to highlight on top of the reference image.
1) So, the first thing is to geographically locate the place we're going to import.
2) Then, using the Windows Crop tool, crop the image we're going to import.
3) Open AutoCAD, and in a new project, press Ctrl+V to paste.
Now we have a reference image on which we can design.
