My daughters 4th birthday was mermaid style. It was a pool party at her swim school. But the room was very small and just enough for the guests we had. So we couldn't do a big balloon display and they only allowed 30 minute setup. So I came up with this mermaid tail that can be setup quickly and easily. I did the balloons the night before the event and left them in an A/C room. They worked out great. Thank you for your support!
