If one of us is enslaved, the human race cannot truly be free.
How To Help End Slavery:
-Increase public awareness of human trafficking.
-Learn to recognize the signs of human trafficking so that you are able to notify relevant authorities.
-Support non-government organizations (such as Free The Slaves) that are working to end child slavery. Also support reducing poverty, as with less poverty there is less incentive for parents and others to sell children to traffickers.
-Lobby your government or representatives to pass anti-trafficking in persons laws and to do more to reduce trafficking and to increase support avalible to victims.
-Try to buy ethical products that are made by workers who recieved fair wages and working conditions.
