"Christian, husband, father, family man, singer, songwriter, musician, and a worship leader, in that order, and I love every hat I wear!"
Joey's dad is a military man turned preacher, so he's been all over the country and world in his personal and professional life.
He attended Freed-Hardeman University, a small, private school in west Tennessee, and completed his grad' work at the University of North Alabama, in Florence, AL.
As a minister, Joey has worked with churches in Kentucky, West Virginia, Alabama, and Tennessee, and as a musician he's worked with groups like Acappella, Valor, Vocal Union, Watershed Worship, Hallal, and many more.
"I just want to lead people to God's throne room. I don't even care if they know that I led them there. I just want to experience Him together, and be changed." -JM
Currently he can be found singing lead/second tenor for Vocal Union
