I lost 20 lbs| THE REAL REASON WHY!
Hi Friends,
Finally past my one year mark of my health and lifestyle changes. The best thing I did besides finding a community I love working out with is Hiring a Macro Nutritional Coach. Now this may not work for you and at the end of the day you are in charge of what you energy you output and what you eat. So you can hire a dietician, a nutrionist or a macro nutritional coach and still fail. It does not guarantee you results because you need to put in the work.
It does however keep you accountable and you learn a lot about food sciences. I also do want to mention that the only Regulated profession out of the 3 food coaches is a Dietician, so if you need help in terms of building a better relationship with food; a macro nutritional coach may not be fit for you. Please do your research in forming a plan that is right for your body and mental health.
