Cast Iron Skillet Cornbread
I am a little late at getting my Thanksgiving themed videos up, but these are dishes that go great all year round! This was my first time trying to make cornbread and I definitely learned some things for the next time. Overall this tasted really great, the crust needs some work, but it was really fun cooking it outside on the grill.
Two movies I like to watch around Thanksgiving are The Big Chill and You've Got Mail, which also have great soundtracks and I created a Spotify playlist this week for Thanksgiving inspired by and including those soundtracks.
