Thanks for tuning in to another video. This one brought back some nostalgic feelings of visits from my aunt and uncle. I decided to smoke and steam a corned beef brisket on my Kamado Joe and cooked along with it some cabbage, turnips potatoes and onions. It turned out fantastic and makes a great sandwich as well!
