July 7, 2020. Okay, I checked the a couple garlic harvesting videos on YouTube, and, it's almost time to harvest the garlic. This week for the Chesnok Reds. The key is to have about the bottom half the leaves brown, but the top half green, as the top leaves paper provides the wrap for the garlic cloves.
