Adding lots of sites to group permission easily
In this example, I'd been wanting to add about 100 sites to a user group, which would have been a difficult task. Listening to the traffic with burp actually made it incredibly easy beyond belief, and gives hints into the capabilities that such listening can provide in other areas of the web UI.
