Meet your Microsoft 365 Apps - Conditional Logic in Microsoft Forms
In this video, I’m showing you how you can create different paths in a Microsoft Form using conditional logic, or branching. Forms is included in your Microsoft 365 Business subscription, and there’s no additional fee to use the branching function (unlike some other form and survey apps!)
Forms lets you collect information in a variety of ways, but in this video I’m showing you how you can create multiple alternative paths for a user to experience, depending on how they answer certain questions in your form. It’s kind of like a choose your own adventure system…but with you guiding the person filling in the form to get the right questions, or information to get the best results!
I show you how I use branching in a question in my client enquiry form for Thrive, so that people can either upload content for me to review, book a chat with me to discuss their enquiry further, or simply submit what they have completed so I can review it and see if I need anything further. It’s a great way to give a customised experience to the person completing the form, and streamlines my process so that I:
