Protein Pancake Bars

These are the perfect snack bars to take with us down to Florida. Not only do they satisfy that road trip hunger, but they’re so good for you too!

Here’s the recipe:
Mash one ripe banana in a bowl
Mix together 1 cup of gluten-free pancake mix, 3/4 cup of @equipfoods prime vanilla protein, 2 tbs chia seed, 2tbs flax seed, and 2 eggs
Add mashed banana and 1 cup of almond milk in with your dry ingredients
Add a pinch of Celtic sea salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to taste
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
Cut into bars and serve with toppings of your choice!
