Not reach a settlement agreement after the mediation for the custody battle Mike and Sarah’s son that Mike filed the Request for Order to sign the acknowledge of paternity and joint legal custody. Although Mike decided to withdraw his Request afterward, Sarah objected his withdraw in the previous mediation. Today's mediation took more than 8 hours but some issues couldn't reach an agreement. So, the court scheduled for the next mediation on Jan 12, 2021.
Last update: Because of the COVID breakout in Thailand, the next mediation was postponed until March.
