Sorry that this video took so long, I had a lot of stuff come up that I had to set the channel aside for a bit!
This video covers the still rings routines for levels 4-6 along with 2 routines that would progress up to the most difficult still rings routine without anything fancy. I know that you asked for the most difficult routines and I will get to that in the next video but I figured I would cover the routines leading up to that for right now. These progressions should help with a super advanced still rings routine. I hope this helps and would love to hear how your progress is going so far! I will cover still rings routines in the next video going from what would be levels 9, 10, elite, and the most difficult routine.
For any questions to why I added a felge in the first progression routine, it is my personal belief that the next step to learning giants on rings after learning dislocates is the felge. Following that would be a swing through handstand, then finally the giant swing.
If there are any other questions please ask in the comments below!
