Collaborations are incredibly challenging.
There are channels I'd like to collaborate with, but each channel has its own unique worldview and image. If I don't consider the tone of how it will be received by viewers and how it will be perceived by the people on my channel, it will just end up being self-indulgent and a complete flop.
When you create projects or come up with material on a collaborating channel, you're essentially wearing someone else's hat, so if you do it half-heartedly and it flops, it damages both parties' image, and you end up regretting it and thinking you shouldn't have done the collaboration at all, so I've always hesitated about collaborating with other channels.
I had a vague intuition that Buyer Takahashi's channel would be a good fit without destroying each other's unique worldviews, so the collaboration went through.
I said at the beginning that he's a really nice person, but I'll correct that - he's a really nice person who seriously creates really weird things.
