what a show. in this video essay, i discuss SUCCESSIONS' perfect pilot episode and celebrate what makes it special... so before we experience the end, let's have a look back at the beginning
i've caught the succession obsession, i just couldn't not make a video about it. absolutely loving this series, just finished series 2, and can't wait to see more. the pilot episode is such a tight hour of television which is far from an easy achievement, yet they make it look effortless
from the stellar cast (especially jeremy strong as kendall roy (love u bb xox) and sarah snook as shiv roy (which i didn't have a chance to talk about here but could easily do a whole video on), to the insane writing… this is a show that deserves its status at the top of TV
any ads running on this video go directly to HBO as they've claimed it (waystar royco got to me)
