In any organization where it is necessary to maintain electro-mechanical equipment, or buildings and their associated systems (HVAC, fire alarm and suppression equipment, building exteriors, fleet vehicles, etc.), it is also necessary to carefully plan preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance activities that need to take place. This is known as workflow management. Careful planning and scheduling in this area help to maintain or improve overall company safety, as well as to maximize equipment or system "up time" and minimize waste. This course is designed to teach you how to manage the maintenance workflow within an organization, utilizing an efficient CMMS.
