SPECIAL SMILES DAY, hosted by the Rotary Club of Plant City,Fl, welcomes all individuals with special needs and their families from 9am to noon. All attendees and one companion are admitted FREE. We blooped, as we were late, and not as prepared as we should have, but we still had fun and the crowds were light. We are forever grateful for this opportunity and hope to do it again next year!
