How this goat farmer uses solar up in the French Alps
Gerard and his wife Audrey live high up in the French Alps. They have an off-grid farm with 80 goats. The goats are milked every day, and that takes energy. Before, they used a diesel generator, but now, with several solar panels, Victron Energy inverters, and batteries, they store the sun's energy, saving lots of fuel.
