ABOUT ME//
Hi I’m Becky! I’m a natural living expert, family herbalist, gardener and mum living on our sustainable farm in Northern Ireland.
I came across natural remedies, slow living, foraging when I realised I needed to reconnect back to nature and learn how to nourish myself from within.
Since then I have studied herbalism and natural skincare.
This channel is all about sharing the joy of living a slow and natural life, with recipes, seasonal living guides and of course links to the Nature and Nourish Podcast as well as my regular gardening tips from BBC Radio 2!
I hope that you also enjoy reading and joining in on the conversation! There are new blog posts, podcasts, slow living vlog every week, and a monthly newsletter too. x
Channels similar to mine that I recommend include @theelliothomestead and @GrowntoCook for gardening, @JessicaRoseWilliams, @GarturStitchFarm, @Mamalina and @FairylandCottage.
*Some of my links may be affiliate links. This does not affect my opinion or recommendations of products. I only recommend things I absolutely adore and think you will too x
