Jamming at namm 2023 “the chicken”
I was honored to be asked to demo this product, “realtime audio”.
Realtime audio enables musicians to jam and sync with other people remotely. This is particularly useful for musicians who are in different locations but want to collaborate on a project or perform together. By using realtime audio, musicians can transmit their audio signals to each other and hear each other's playing with very little latency, creating the impression of playing in the same room.
Realtime audio also enables musicians to perform live for an audience in different locations. Streaming platforms like Twitch and YouTube have become popular for live streaming performances, with musicians using realtime audio technology to connect with each other and broadcast their performances to a global audience. this is usually not possible due to latency over the Internet, using the traditional method.
