After graduating from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine in 2001, he experienced numerous childbirth and surgical cases as an obstetrician-gynecologist.
In 2003, he became a plastic surgeon, acquiring a wide range of skills, from the basics of plastic surgery to suturing techniques.
In 2006, he mastered all aspects of cosmetic surgery and cosmetic dermatology at a major cosmetic surgery clinic. He boasts one of the highest numbers of gynecological cosmetic surgeries in Japan.
In 2011, he opened Naoe Beauty Clinic in Ginza, Tokyo. He is a member of the Japanese Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Japanese Society of Sexology, and the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is a Vive Certified Surgeon.
