The same flair cross command can result into many different flair shots. It helps if you have manual lob pass assistance (controller settings), but it's not necessary.
All of these EA FC 24 skill moves work the same way in FIFA 23 and past iterations.
If you're a beginner, remember that all the skill tutorials are made from player's perspective. The flicks and rotations are done that way to the direction player is facing. Always adjust them in regards to which way the player is looking at on EA FC 24 gameplay pitch.
