Front Flip Progression & Training | Parkour Vlog
Hey everyone!
Here's a short video (vlog) of me as I'm working on getting a Front Flip down. I can land one off of a small height drop, but on flat ground still not quite there yet. Hopefully soon! This footage is from over the past month or so as I've been practicing. The video also includes a couple of my recent photos.
By the way, leaves are an awesome place to do flips on! They give you a lot of padding.
