Emergency Rental Assistance Program in California 2021
With the prior eviction moratorium having expired at the end of January 2021, California passed new senate bill SB91 as an emergency rental assistance program to help struggling tenants and landlords throughout the state. However, the bill is not without controversy, and some think it doesn't go far enough. In my video, I describe what SB91 is, why it was necessary, and what is wrong with it.
