Small Solar Panel Impressive Output

It has been a few months, happy Memorial Day!
I am off today and decided to play around in the garage a little. This is one of my ways of relaxing sometimes, especially when I get something working again! Yeah, I love saving items from the trash, if I can. Have got a little solar panel so I am seeing what is up with it.
