An educated guess would say that the Pangu team is busy finding exploits in iOS 9.1 to update its Pangu 9 tool for the firmware, and the team will shift its attention towards iOS 9.2 once the iOS 9.2 betas start coming out.
On the other hand, we have the TaiG team too, which had risen to fame with the iOS 8.3 and iOS 8.4 jailbreaks. The team has not been very active, but we can say that it is possibly working on the iOS 9.2 jailbreak as well. TaiG has the habit of surprising everyone with a jailbreak at the least-expected moment, so the team might surprise us again by releasing a jailbreak for iOS 9.2 first.
