In this video, I show you everything I ate from this Monday-Friday!
While this video was fun, it has honestly been one of the hardest videos I have ever made. It is really weird filming everything you put into your body, for people to watch. It made me psycho-analyze all of my food choices, and while I am trying to be as transparent and realistic as possible to what I typically eat, I am really performing here by trying to show everyone what I consider to be a "good food day" every single day.
