Social media age limits are ‘no substitute’ for parenting
Nationals Senator Matt Canavan has labelled the government’s push for social media age limits as a “distraction”.
The Albanese government will introduce age limits for social media use to protect children from mental and physical harm.
“Ultimately, it’s no substitute for looking after your kids and looking at what they are doing,” Mr Canavan told Sky News Australia.
