[3.23] Clumsy's MF Penance Brand Inquisitor V2 - T16 Delirious 8-Mod 9k Wisp Showcase
This is a follow-up from my previous video ( • [3.23] Clumsy's MF Penance Brand Inquisito... ) after farming a bit more currency for some key upgrades and hitting level 100.

This map is significantly rippier than the previous showcase. Mob power scale exponentially with wisps so going from 8k to 9.5k, on top of the nasty Altar debuffs you get (increased DoT damage against you, all hits are crits). I'm glad that this build can handle all that, plus 8-mods on the map, PLUS I did make this V2 to be able to click on any blue altar that spawns in the map without causing any issues (Darn you, Reduced Defenses Per Frenzy altar!).
I did move onto Fubgun's latest strat, 7-gate Jungle Valleys with Legion + Beyond + Deli + Harbinger + anything else that spawns) on a Wander path Atlas.

Build has has over twice the DPS as the previous version, a bit better (practical) survivability (this won't reflect in the PoB, eHP is the same), and just generally has more currency thrown at it.
I have 87% IIQ and 285 IIR with this setup (slightly less quantity, less rarity than the previous setup).
