"Volvo Tech Tool Training" is a way to use the "Diagnostics Tools" available on VOLVO, which aims to check the condition or performance of the Volvo Engine.
In this video, I will discuss how to do a "Cylinder Balancing Test" using "Volvo Tech Tool (VTT)" or commonly called "PREMIUM TECH TOOL (PTT)" on Volvo Truck FM 440
The reading of the "Cylinder Balancing Test" results on "Premium Tech Tool" is as follows:
If the BAR or bar chart is RED (80% up or down) then the cylinder has an indication of damage.
NOTE: "Cylinder Balancing Test" checks, the results will be maximal if done at the engine working temperature.
In this "Cylinder Balancing Test", it must be completed with checks on the "Cylinder Compression Test" and "Injector Shut Off, Manual"
