Lego Friends : 2021 Retrospective - A Disappointment in Hindsight?
Was this the worst year of Lego friends? Probably not, but it did feel like a letdown considering the roaring success both in design and storytelling of 2020’s friends wave. I wish the sets were better, but it really seemed like Lego was harbouring thought of rebooting friends at this point already, and just did not put the same amount of effort in the sets and the show as 2020 (it’s giving elves 2018) I have so much to say about this so maybe I’ll make a long form video on this in the future :) this is just a fun look back on the 2021 sets! Let me know if you wanna see more videos like this!
