Effective immediately we have launched our NEW Fixed Rate Legal Fees. It does not matter what the purchase price is (whether it be $300,000 or $3,000,000) our flat rate legal fees for a residential transaction are fixed at $999 plus taxes for a Purchase and $799 plus taxes for a Sale.
These rates also include access to our 33 offices across Ontario and our FREE Mobile Signing Service, where we can come to you anywhere in Southern Ontario at the time and location of your choice to sign your closing documentation. (includes evenings and weekends at no extra charge). That means you do not have to take time off of work to sign your closing documentation!
