the prerequisites are
1) you must have django installed
2) you must have virtualenv installed
in the end of the video i left to start the server and open the local website you do it yourself
use the command python manage.py runserver
your server will be started
and then open
http://localhost:8000/hello
and you will see you first hello world app developed in 5 minutes
