Heatherette 24 Hour Party People
The look that is requested over and over from my collection of looks video... Finally in a tutorial.
I did this for one of the days during our Heatherette event this spring at work (when I worked for MAC)
IF YOU GET GLITTER ON YOUR EYEBALL:
DO NOT RUB YOUR EYE!!! just take a q-tip and moisten it with water, then use that to lift the glitter off of your eye. DO NOT drag the q-tip, press on to the glitter and pull away from the eye!!!
to remove excess glitter from the skin, just use regular scotch tape/box tape to lift it off of any areas you do not want it.
