Task Management in ACTouch Cloud ERP Software.
Many customers face an issue of sending emails to their team and request them to do the work. But it's difficult for BOTH the persons to report the work done or not?
To avoid this, we developed a new module, Task Management. It helps as below
1. Assign a TASK to a team member - example - create Sales order, Send Stock report etc.
2. This TASK appears on the USERs dashboard as he logs-in. So he cant miss it.
3. Once the TASK is done, user can change the status as "DONE".
4. Or, he can assign the same TASK to someone else too.
5. No email tracking, calling or checking. All are integrated and automated now.
Tasks Management is a new feature that we released to our Customers and is appreciated by many. No more emails or calling or chasing the end users on "what happened now?"
