1.17-1.18 Minecraft creative mode single-player building server with the best plugins [Tutorial]
WARNING: This tutorial is for a bare-bones, single-player server, that has the minimum plugins required to function well for single-player use. This tutorial does not cover security/permissions for your server besides whitelisting. Using these settings with untrusted players could result in them ruining your server, DDOSing you, or possibly even worse. Make sure you set proper permissions before extending this for multiplayer use and inviting others, or make sure you trust any players that you do invite. Additionally, I'd recommend installing other plugins such as world guard to make backing the server up easier.

Multiverse Commands Used:
/mv list -- list worlds
/mv tp -- tp to a different world
/mv create newworld normal -- creates a new world named "newworld"
/mvm set mode creative -- sets default gamemode to creative
Console Commands Used:
whitelist on -- turns whitelist on
whitelist add yourign -- adds the player "yourign" the whitelist
op yourign -- gives operator to the player "yourign"
