The Gift of Camp Sweeney
At the end of November, we held our second event benefiting Camp Sweeney. The camp is for children with Type 1 Diabetes who must learn to manage their disease for the rest of their lives. Camp Sweeney allows camp goers to learn how to manage their disease around a group of professionals and others who share the terrible disease. Proceeds benefit campers who might not otherwise be able to afford to attend as well as finding a cure.
