uPVC is designed to allow water to run off the door and window into the frame.
When water starts to appear under your door or on your window sill, this means the drainage holes are blocked.
Take a small screwdriver to remove any obstruction in the hole and use a vacuum over the frame to remove debris.
If this does not resolve the issue then you may have damage to the door or window frame seals.
