DIY Beer Lager II Using Motueka Hops
A quick brew using a slight variation of the last brew that I made.This time I use New Zealand Motueka hops as the flavor/aroma hop addition.
Ingredients:
1.75 kg Coopers Original Series Lager
1.5 kg Unhopped Light Malt Extract
4 oz. 20 L Crystal Malt
1 oz New Zealand Motueka hops
11.5 g sachet Saflager yeast
