Do you want to know the healthiest way to eat at restaurants?
The Biggest priority when dining out is to reduce seed oils which are estrogenic, pro-inflammatory, hard on your liver, and increase cortisol.
These are the types of cuisines that I unfortunately avoid are:
Mexican
Thai
Chinese
And Indian
I miss burritos - total bummer
If I go out to a restaurant, I'm going to prioritize Spanish, American, French, Italian, and Japanese.
These types of cuisines use less refined oils, you can ask for substitutes (like cooking in butter) or they have options that contain no oils at all. Japanese is tough though since fish are so polluted now.
It takes a long time to metabolize polyunsaturated fatty acids and remove them from your body so remember to ask the restaurants what oils they use and if you can substitute them with butter or olive oil.
