KINDER LOADED COOKIES EASY RECIPE

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold unsalted butter (110g)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (110g)
1/2 cup white sugar (100g)
2 eggs (large)
2 1/2 cups plain flour (320g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
100g milk chocolate chips
100g white chocolate chips
Oreo packet
Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees celsius for 12-14 minutes ❤️
1. Chop cold unsalted butter into small cubes and mix with white sugar and light brown sugar. Beat until it is creamed really well
2. Beat in 2 large sized eggs
3. Sift in the plain flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix together
4. Add in the milk/white chocolate chunks alongside kinder chocolate chunks
5. Roll into cookie dough balls. Add kinder chocolate in the middle. I got 9 cookie dough balls. Freeze for at least 20 minutes
6. Ensure it is spaced out evenly in your baking tray so that they do not stick together.
7. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees celsius for 12-14 minutes. Drizzle melted kinder chocolate and add on your toppings.
8. Let them set for at least 20 minutes now time to demolish, enjoyyy 🤤❤️
