Weigh Tag Processing Usability Enhancements

These enhancements include the ability to set the default status for new grower operations, see the workflow status of an operation in the View Weigh Tags program, enable a version selection for the Grower Harvest program accessed from the Weigh Tag Operations program, and perform a search by the new filter field Block code on the Operational Search form.
