8.FE Arma 3 Operation Sakura Maru: Mission Three "Armored Kill"
Third Mission of the Sakura Maru OP
SHOGUN: Samurai, Message.
SAMURAI: Send it.
SHOGUN: New orders are coming; the PLA are preparing another offensive.
SHOGUN: Report to FOB Malkovo for brief, prepare for anti-armor retrograde operations.
SAMURAI: Understood, out.
Following our (JSDF's) successful destruction of the PLA's eastern INF brigade, we received intel gathered by US SpecOps (Seals and MARSOC) that the PLA was planning an armor advance at 12:45. Our Platoon (1st Airborne JSDF) was tasked to delay and inflict as much damage using retrograde anti-armor tactics until US armor could arrive to support.
First attempt at being a FO (Forward Observer), went okay, but I need to brush up on my map skills and radio procedure. I also changed several keybinds and was still adapting to those; like when you see me go prone constantly, that was me hitting my old map button.
