Gulu City Drive - Including night pictures!
Gulu is one of the biggest cities in Uganda with new storied buildings, improving road network and street lighting, and very hospitable people. It has been the best user of a government of Uganda initiative (USMID with loan from the World Bank) to improve key infrastructure in key urban areas. The road network and electricity connection has greatly improved since this video was shot. Because of the best accountability and quality works done coupled with a the bigger population, the city also got the lion's share of funding given to new city councils created by the government which started operating in July 2020.
