From Haiti to Harvard: My Story
This visual storytelling piece covers life before my college decision reaction and life after college. It brushes on motivation, higher education, post grad life, what to do after college, and overcoming obstacles. It weaves through success stories, failures, how to stay motivated, the pressures of Harvard and the ivy league, and life advice I repeat to myself that reverberate within the four walls of many other immigrant families and through many other immigrant stories. This is a snapshot of a story that is a work in progress. I hope it serves as inspiration and provides energy in the same way that motivational stories like this fueled me as I made my way through school.
