I have no time so here's a simple video about one of my first trainings with a healthy knee, and not only jumps. While not uploading stuff I'm getting pro at visual effects and cinematography, so the quality of my videos will hopefully boost quite a little bit when I'm back to The Youtubes.
THE TRAINING:
The key of this training is to get the legs back to activity (after an injury or whatever), with really low impact moves and a long warm-up centered on them. Every move or run is repeated until you feel you've done it right 3 times. Rest as much as you need and make sure your knees/ankles are lubricated when you jump.
Warm-up part without weight: 4 x 10 reps, each exercise.
Warm-up part with weight: 4 x 5 reps, each exercise.
Workout was 15 min doing the following:
2 climb ups - 4 push ups - 100m run
4 climb ups - 8 push ups - 200m run
6 climb ups - 12 push ups - 300m run
